How does a profit-for-non-profit work?
All of Venue3Two's net profits are given to Equine Assisted Development and other local organizations that support disadvantaged children, families at risk, and rescued victims of human trafficking.

Venue3Two’s rates are subject to change however, once a contract is signed, your package price is locked in at the current price. The only extra expenses to you are optional amenities that you might select.
Exclusive Use of Venue3Two
Venue3Two offers exclusive use of our facilities for each event based on your designated rental period.
Maximum Guest Count
For indoor seated receptions in the Conservatory, Venue3Two’s Reception packages are available to parties with a maximum of 200 people. Guest counts include the bride, groom, bridal party, as well as your wedding guests. The Mansion has several hosting options for more intimate smaller events.
Teardown + Cleanup of Facilities
Venue3Two's packages include tear down of all V32 event furnishings and clean up, so that you can enjoy every minute of your event. If you bring personal belongings or rental items to Venue3Two, you are asked to take them at the end of your event. We cannot be responsible for any items left on the property beyond your specified rental period.
Day of Event
Venue3Two’s staff will be on-site to make your guests feel welcome and comfortable, and to ensure that everything is set up according to our agreement. We will work with your vendors so that every aspect of your wedding runs smoothly. We welcome wedding planners and coordinators and will be happy to assist them as much as possible.
Flowers and Decorations
You have the option to choose your own florist. There are permanent hooks available in the Great Room for hanging decorations. No nails, screws tape or adhesives may be used to hang decorations.
Dispensing of Alcohol
Venue3Two Staff will not serve or sell any alcohol, however you may hire an approved bartending service and/or licensed bartender. All bar beverages must be served by a licensed bartender with an up to date MLCC Permit. All guests that bring their own alcohol are required to add one-day liability insurance through their insurance provider or an event insurance company.
Venue3Two is a non-smoking facility. Any form of smoking is strictly prohibited on V32 property; this includes the use of cigars or e-sigs. Smoking is allowed on the public sidewalk on Shaffer Avenue and 32nd Street. Damages to furnishings resulting from cigarette or cigar burns will be deducted from your damage deposit equal to the full cost of the damaged item.
Deposit + Payment Policy
A deposit of 50% of rental costs with a signed contract is required to reserve your date at Venue3Two. A damage deposit of $250 is refundable two weeks after the wedding has been held once property has been inspected for any potential damage from the wedding. The damage deposit will be added to the package price. The final payment must be made two weeks prior to event date. Payments may be made in cash, by credit card or by check.
Cancellation + Refund Policy
All cancellations must be addressed with the Venue Director.
We may offer a military discount and are willing to work with pricing for non-profit events.
