Part-Time/Semi-Seasonal (Hourly Position)
QUALIFICATIONS & SPECIAL SKILLS:
An energetic, conscientious, organized, and detail-oriented individual who enjoys making a difference, being part of a team and taking pride in their career is key in hosting guests at Venue3Two, ensuring a quality experience before, during, and after events.
Communication Skills: Being able to talk, as well as listen, to guests, vendors, and co- workers in a professional and cordial manner. Guest service and interpersonal skills are imperative.
Composition Skills: Being able to remain calm and composed in the high pressure of the event business, always poised, polished and professional.
Clarification Skills: Being able to problem solve and provide clarity to a situation or event, as well as with staff relations.
Cleanliness Skills: Being able to assess the overall presentation of the Venue, ensuring that Vendors and Guests leave the Venue in a proper state before, during, and after an event.
Crew Skills: Being able to set up/tear down tables and chairs, with the ability to lift up to 50lbs and be on feet for long periods of time.
specific roles
Hosting Events:
Arrive early to ensure set up and cleanliness. Receive vendors and welcome guests. Manage the needs of the event as they arise (i.e. bathroom check, incidentals, etc.) Assist the Coordinator/Day Of Coordinator during the event with various tasks ranging from decor set-up to timeline management. Ensure Venue3Two policies are adhered to by all guests and vendors. Assist at the end of the event with the guest and vendor departure, ensure building readiness for the next day, locking up as it is finished.
Attended all staff meetings and in-house training as needed.
Special Events/Projects:
Providing team support for Special Events/Projects, as needed.
S O C I A L M E D I A M A N A G E R
Part Time (5-15 hours per week)
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
A creative, energetic, and detail-oriented individual who enjoys storytelling, brand-building, and being part of a team is key in representing Venue3Two's presence online, ensuring our voice and visual identity reflect the quality experience guests receive before, during, and after their events.
Experience Required: Prior experience managing social media accounts is required, including content planning, scheduling, analytics, and community engagement. Familiarity with squarespace and photography experience is preferred, but not required.
Communication Skills: Being able to write, as well as visually communicate, in a professional and cordial manner that reflects the Venue3Two brand. Guest-facing and interpersonal skills are imperative when engaging with followers, vendors, and couples online.
Creative Skills: Being able to plan, capture, and edit photo and video content that is relevant, poised, and polished consistent with Venue3Two's aesthetic and manner.
Composition Skills: Being able to remain organized and consistent in a fast-paced, seasonal business, managing a content calendar that reflects the rhythm of our wedding season.
Clarification Skills: Being able to problem solve content and messaging needs, as well as coordinate with the team and vendors for accurate & timely communication and on brand engagement.
Connection Skills: Being able to build and maintain an engaged online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely, welcoming manner.
SPECIFIC ROLES
Content Planning & Creation: Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with Venue3Two's wedding season, events, and brand voice. Plan, shoot, and edit photo/video content. Visit the Venue periodically throughout the wedding season to capture on-site content. Coordinate with vendors and staff to gather content and ensure accurate representation of events.
Gallery Management: Organize, cull, and manage wedding galleries, ensuring images are properly sorted, edited for quality, and prepared for use across social platforms, marketing, and vendor sharing in a timely manner.
Managing Online Presence: Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and other platforms as directed. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster an active, welcoming online community. Manage analytics, tracking growth and engagement, and adjusting content strategy based on performance and results. Ensure all content across Venue3Two's digital platforms reflects Venue3Two's brand and Mission.
Website and Digital Space Management: Manage and update the Venue3Two Squarespace website as needed, including refreshing content, photos, and galleries, ensuring information stays current and consistent with our brand. Adjust page formatting, layouts, and site functions as needed to keep the website polished, user-friendly, and accurately reflecting our offerings.
Special Events/Projects: Providing team support for special events/projects, styled shoots, and in-house training as needed.
