Our mission is to deliver an exceptional level of service that overdelivers an experience for all in attendance. That all details are "all buttoned up". We have 3 full time team members who can offer month of coordination to full service planning and design! Cocktails as we have two non coffee drinkers on the team (ekkk the horror!). Love a spritzer!

Just the abundance of color and creativity. To design something that is unique and unexpected.
The Best Day Details LLC
We believe that every couple deserves to be fully present on their wedding day and we make that happen through dedicated and expert wedding day coordination. We have completed over 500 weddings and have over 160 5 star Google reviews. We streamline our services and focus on doing just one thing exceptionally well: Day-of coordination. Our couples get to choose their coordinator from any available team member and they work with their coordinator right from the start.

Lauren Koster Creative
We design, plan and coordinate creative and whimsical weddings. We also offer bespoke custom decor and installations to help couples tell their love story through the details of their day.
What would you say to a couple just getting started in the wedding planning process?
Do what makes you happy. If you want to splurge on something do it! If you want to skip something, do that too. There are no rules to how a wedding has to be, so do what makes you the happiest.
How did you get started in this industry?
I had the best time planning my own wedding that I didn't want to stop. I helped a friend and the snowball started!
What is your favorite part of events?
The love. Weddings are high stress, you see that, but the love trumps it all.
Vance Taylor Designs
We commit to serve our clients by thoughtfully designing and planning a personality inspired, artistically crafted, detail oriented experience. We love a good European-inspired design! Lexi Taylor and Shelby Vance are the co-owners and lead planners for Vance Taylor Designs.

My mission is to redefine the wedding planning process through close attention to detail that will leave couples stress-free and fully present during the planning process and wedding itself. I believe the wedding is simply the first day of a beautiful partnership. My part in their love story is to accurately depict who they are as a couple through color and details. Being genuine, above all else, is a treasured and rare trait I promise to all my clients.

I can't pick favorites, so I will go with an espresso martini! Is that cheating?!
Favorite Wedding trend at the moment?
I love when couples stay true to who they are and don't feel the need to follow every trend they see on TikTok. Let's use colors they actually love, give out purposeful wedding favors, capture candid moments, write personalized vows, start new traditions and add flair that shows WHO they are as a couple anywhere we can. My clients look back on their special day years down the line and still love every detail! I create personalized wedding days by truly getting to know my clients and what they love - and that will never go out of style!
